Hello, I am looking for a software recommendation to covert a large number of mixed video files, Dixv, MPEG, AVI etc to MPEG2 so they can be burnt to DVD
I downloaded a bunch of TV programs but their formats are over the place and I would like to be able to watch them on my DVD player. I have tried programs like Roxio Easy CD creator etc, and they allow me to burn them to DVD but they are not compressing them. So I am only getting about two episodes per single layer disk and I should be able to put four or more on a DVD.
Does anyone have any suggestions on a software package to accomplish or any other recommendations?
It does not need to be free software, btw.
Thanks for any help or advice you can offer.
Jim
