    Yep and better than virtual dub INMO. Try Avidemux.

    The problem with kmen15 is that is wont just accept any type of mpeg file. I use mythtv to capture all my videos and kmen15 wont read them in so it wont cut for me. Avidemux, ffmpeg and tovid all work with these type of mpg files.
