Favorite cheese??

Just saw "Year old tgpo head cheese" up there. You know there is no cheese or any kind of dairy product in that right? It is a "meat". I don't like the stuff, but people that grew up on say a farm in Idaho and even Germans love it, say their mom used to make it. They generally love liverwurst too, yuck!
