    have a few DVDs with a lot of scratches, and Nero is getting errors when copying it.....any suggestions (besides ISOBuster and Nero)

    anyother softwares or anything? (alcohol, roxio.....)

    I don't think there is any software that can help the problem as the data cannot be extracted from the disc. If possible try a different drive. If not try cleaning the scratched discs or buffing them with either plain white toothpaste, or some advocate automotive wax or brasso . Check out this post (I would skip the microwave step);
