  1. I've been using ffmpeg to convert vob files to xvid(.mov) It has been working beautifully. All of a sudden, it doesn't work anymore. I'm scratching my head here, have no idea what happened. Now when I hit the encode button, the bell rings almost instantly telling me it has finished encoding, and there's no .mov file to be found anywhere.
I'm not sure what the problem is, but these are unencrypted vob files from dvd. These are licensed dvd's that I am converting for the web. I converted about 6 dvd's before it instantly stopped working. Can anyone guide me in the right direction? This is a huge job and I'm running far behind.
    Regards,
    Ty

  2. Wow,
There's alot of help to be found here. This product has been nothing but a problem. I got it to work again, then again it doesn't work. It has a mind of its own. And the support here is bottom notch. Truly amazing.

  3. This forum is a joke. I posted a question 2 days ago, and haven't recieved even one suggestion, or one bit of guidance. While others have had their questions answered in a timely manner. What a waste of ******* money.

  4. If you are a registered user, you should email me directly to major4@mac.com for support as indicated in the registration email.

This forum is for free support and the answering delay is not guaranteed (though if you check the other 1619 posts you will notice that it is fairly "quick", I concede that this is a relative notion).

Concerning your question, please email me a copy of your process output when you obtain an error message and/or an immediate bell ring. The process output can be obtained by clicking the blue "i" button in the process window.

    Thank you.
