Tinra Doesn't Work Fine Wif mE HELP ME PLS

I tried converting a 20 min anime .rm to .avi , but Tinra convert until the size went up so high until more then a 1GB, pls help me how to make the file size smaller, From a 45.7 mb to 1GB show, that sux. PLS HELP ME
