a veteran plz help auth.dll error

hello & sorry if i wasted ur time
i rip dvds with no problem using dvdx but was 2 good to be true so when i tried to rip a greek dvd i got this msg from the program "auth.dll: cant authenticate drive
disk may be locked"
the problem which apears when i get this msg is that i cant rip the subs with the film no way
if anyone can riderect me to a web page i can learn how to pass/crack this lock or help me find a solution i would be thankful

play the disc with a software dvdplayer for a few seconds prior to ripping

and if you restrat your computer and the DVD disc is there alwayz open and close it again..so it can be unloacked easyly

arf i did as u said i let it roll for 3 minutes then i shuted off the asus dvd player tried to open the dvd i wana rip ( the one that was playing ) but baaaa no way tha same story auth dll error bla bla bla
btw tks for ur time ppl i hope u ll gime me something more

dont shut off the DVD Player jus payse it and minimize it and when it is unlocked close the DVD Player
