Is there a good way to convert an audio format to a mono WAV with specs 11025Hz, 8-bit and in mono? I'm creating subtitles using Sub Station Alpha and for timing, they require the WAV to have those specs. The current way I'm doing this is to use BeSweet to convert to a stereo WAV and then use Window's Sound Recorder to convert to those specs. That's the only program I know that has those specs. The programs I have are Audacity, BeSweet, Cool Edit Pro and Goldwave. The problem is that for long WAV files, it takes incredibly long to open in Sound Recorder so I'm looking for a faster option. Any suggestions?
