  1. I don't know if anyone else is having problems, but my CD tray is having problems feeding, I have cleaned the rollers, ran plain paper through the printer, but still have to give the tray a littel nudge to start. Turns out the small plastic strip in the front of the tray has worn a bit and this is a fix...

The tape is basic shipping tape...I have yet to try this...I just found this today but I thought I would share.

WOW & only after 15 disc's being run through ??
I have read about others having problems with their trays but i have run at least 400 dvd's, not mention what cd's i have done, in about 1 1/2 months i've owned it and yet to have a problem....

But that is nice to know seeing as i have not had this problem i did'nt know exactly what was going wrong when others said they had this problem with their trays.
    Thanks!!

Heh...or you can call up epson, and describe the problem etc, and they'll ship you a new tray free of charge. That's what I did.

heh...I've run literally thousands, and thousands, through mine. Not sure why you assumed you've put as many through as both of us put together, heh.

    well ****!!!!!!! i've only had mine a month and a half 8)
But i know very few people (if any, actually, i don't know any) who burn 50 dvd's in a night
And i have put at least 400 dvd's through mine (not including covers) in the 1 1/2 months i have owned it... and the link he posted stated they had problems after 15 dvd's!!!!!!!!!!!!
And i'm pretty sure from what i read most that have complained about it have not run that many through it...... (a few hundred, not 15) 8)
    Anyway's.... i LOVE this printer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I will never print another sticky label... & not because i have had problems with them on any of my dvd's, and i make ALOT for people all over the country with no complaint's over the last 2 years, but because they look SOOOOOOoooooo much better being printed directly to the disc 8)
(so i never did buy into that "sticky labels are the cause of all your dvd problem's) 8)
