    Hello my friends...
Thanks to you all I'm doing my edits with my Mac. As you can see on my profile I have an iMac G4 ,800 with 512 RAM. I've been working with FCP 4 and DVDSP 3. I bought the Canopus 300 to capture my old VHS tapes and playing around to burn some DVD's. My problems are: I would like to watch my FCP edits and the VIDEO TS of the DVDSP on a regular tv before burning the discs. What connections do I have to make ? Do I have to make specials setups with FCP and DVDSP ?

I believe the Canopus 300 has S-Video out on it - connect that to ntsc or pal monitor (or use the composite out).

If editing in DV format, FCP edits should be viewable through the external monitoring with either the Canopus 300 or your camcorder to a video monitor.

DVDSP 3 may have similar monitoring capability.
