It seems that at some point while editing my video something is causing it to shake up and down a bit. It is very noticible to me. I acutually used it to my advantage for one piece but it is a big problem in the one i am working on now. I am editing in Premiere Pro and After Effects 6. Please help! any ideas as of why this is happening? solutions?

The source file is a TIFF that I rendered into an AVI after key framing buldge affects to it. It appears to be shaking even when scrubbing the video, so i do not thnk it is a render issue but not sure.
