  1. If your interested in picking up some test patterns, check this out. This guy normally sells them on his website for $50.

    He also has a DVD version of it but it's in VCD format. Not sure why, I asked him.

  2. Just about all of the test patterns are availble on the web. But be aware of copyright. There are 4 on the sample list that are not owned by him.

    Just look up test card or test pattern on google. You could also look at Ham Radio ATV (amatuer televsion) sites. And yes I am a Ham Radio Operator, thats how I found this stuff years ago.

    There is a program that have quite a few test cards built in and will cycle through them. It can be found on http://www.batc.org.uk/ under software. It's called PCATV.

    Just remember, some of these images (Indian Head, resolution tartgets) were up to 3 feet across.

    Anybody want a 16:9 colorbar and tone clip? 16:9 countdown leader with beep at 1 second?
