  1. ill tell u what im trying to make. im making 2 mpg's(dvd format) with TMPGEnc, then i want to make mpg 1 fade into mpg 2. what program can i do this with?

    im trying to blend a seen form a movie into another seen. like when a seen ends it starts to fade to black then it fades out for black to the next seen. do u know what i mean?

    im doing a director's cut of a movie

  4. Get Womble Video Wizard and you are all set. It is a superb frame-accurate MPEG/VOB cutter, it has a variety of fade in/out options and 3D transition effects, it is fast and reliable, and - best of all - it reencodes (if needed) only those portions of mpeg/vob file you have altered by adding visoal effects etc.. Otherwise, your edited video output is generated without any alterations.

    What more can you ask for.

  8. You can download fully functional 30-day demo and give it a try:

    The program is very intuitive and you should have no (major) problems figuring out how to do what you want. All transition effects are pre-set for you so it is for the most part a matter of drag-and-drop. You can, ofcourse, tweak fairly easily any thansition effect to your liking.
