Is it correct for a DVD-RAM disk to become read only once files have been wriiten to it (drag & drop)?
I'm using XPHome and latest InCD but it looks as though I can still write files to the disk but I can't move the files or delete the. The properties always sshows them as being read only and if I try to remove the read only setting it still won't allow me access. I thought DVD-RAM would be like a DVD_RW?
THanks.

DVD-RAM is like a hard drive, you should be able to delete files. I had problems with InCD and DVD-RAM, you might try another program. XP is RAM compatible, try just using windows.

I had tons of trouble with InCD locking me out of RAM files and folders, especially those created on other machines not using InCD. I could not get around it by unloading the program, I also had to uninstall it.
Still a few bugs in the system... -
Strongly recommend avoiding InCD.
I routinely remove it on customers machines.
Incompatibilities with other software, incompatible disks, numerous problems.
Bad software.
