I captured a AVI file using HyperCam but because the screen size is small the AVI file is about 1meg for 1min file...
The size of the capture is about a POST IT note size but when I used TMPGEN to convert it to MPEG1 so as to burn it into a CD-R for playing in a VCD player.. the thing became full size and became very blur because of the resolution...
1) Is there anyway to enhance the resoultion? (But I think if the orginal is small no way to enhance)
or
2)Is there any way to prevent it from being Full screen ... so that when it comes out in TV .. it will not be that blur..
Hope you all understand what I meant![]()

You need 352x240 for a VCD compliant mpeg. If your source is not this big, then your quality will not be good...stretching hurts quality. What is your source resolution and is there anyway that you can increase it?
