  1. Hi everyone,

Is there a "gspot"-like program for MPEG2 streams (.mpeg, .m2p, .m2v, etc. files)? I'd like to know things like the video bitrate, image size, audio stream characterisics, etc. just like gspot can do for .avi file.

    Thanks,

To elaborate on canadateck's enlightening offering... The last time I looked, the beta version (v2.52) covers MPEGs.
There is some corner of a foreign field that is forever England: Telstra Stadium, Sydney, 22/11/2003.

  5. Thanks guys. The beta gspot looks like it will give me the info I need.
Avicodec also looks cool, especially the report on installed codecs.
Could have used that program several times in the past.
