Can anyone tell me which subtitle format works best when importing to DVD Architect?

DVD Architect 2.0 supports importing of the "Mac DVD Studio Pro" and "Sonic DVD Creator" formats. Both are supported by URUSoft's Subtitle Workshop, an excellent freeware subtitle creator/editor that I heartily recommend.
