Does anyone know how to create a multisession VCD where I can use all sessions on a standalone VCD player? I know it may not work on all VCDs but I think it will work on many. This is because the Mode2 format which VCDs use has had multisession support since it first came out. In fact, the mode2 format was designed to support multisession. Also, in a way, the VCD disc is like a multisession disc (I KNOW IT IS NOT though).

All you have to do is link to the old tracks in the new session.
