    I have a whole bunch of pictures I want to email. The problem is that most of them are like 2.5 megs each. Does anyone know a prog that will convert them to smaller size all at ones?

    yes....go to Microsofts website and download the picture resizer powertool...can do all at once too

    It will allow you to take all the images in a folder and resize it.

    Are they .bmp? If they are convert them into .jpg or .gif before rezising and uploading.
