    Hi,

I was reading through the online guides on how to use VCDeasy. It tells you to load your files in the order that you need to use them but doesn't tell how to make the physical menu file. I have been able to get from WinDV, through Virtualdub, past TMPEng and finally into VCDeasy succesfully. Yeahhhh! But I am stuck on the menu point. TMPEng does not let me open a bmp or jpeg file to create an mpeg file and VCDeasy seems to demand an MPEG file.

BTW, I have freeware versions of all software

  2. Hi!
You have to convert your jpg menufile to a mpg.

Select "Pictures Encoder" in the left toolbar of VCDEasy
Click the "File(s)" button and browse to your menu picture file.
After the conversion, import the mpg menu file in VCDEasy.

This is for VCDEasy 2.1.1, I don't remember where the selection where in older versions, but look around in the program to find where you can create mpg stills from pictures.
