I looked at a faq on here and i encoded with tmpgenc using the ntsc film wizard option because that's what my avi's were (it said to do that in the faq). I then go to tmpg dvd author and it gives me an error it can't ignore, saying that it has to be 29.97 bitrate or 25 for pal. I simply cannot believe i wasted that much time encoding them wrong! I planned to make a vcd of them so i can watch them on my standalone player. Is there still a way to do this or do i have to RE-encode them all again.
