Wonder if this can be install on the same system that has Nero installed on. I know that a while back, that would always cause problems, since Roxio would rewrite some install files.

I have Nero and Roxio ... both installed ... I haven't noticed any problems

Both are most recent versions.

Nope. You still have to decrypt the DVD and rip to the hard drive. Media Creator cannot handle copy protected DVD's, so if the problem lies in trying to rip the DVD this RAW copy doesn't help unless there is no copy protection on the disc.
