    When i capture VHS and i use WinDVR3 and i notice that there is a fuzzy line running horizontaly at the bottom of the screen,when playing TV its fine but it only happens when i play VHS tapes only.

    Please help me.

    What should i do with overscan and how do i use it.Please clarify as im still getting the lines.

    With Mikel i dont know what you mean it could be better if you were open about what you mean so everyone can see.

    If you can view the complete screen, all vhs tape playbacks will show a thin noise bar a bit up from
    the bottom edge. This is normal, and due to
    headswitching on the rotating heads. Most TVs
    are set not to show this.
