I have got a video clip that has a .TS extension. I can play the clip in Power DVD. The audio is DD5.1.
Could someone please tell me how I can create a DVD from this .ts file so I can play it on my stand alone DVD player retaining the DD5.1 audio track?
Thanks in advance.

I doubt it has a .TS extension - Have you by any chance forgot to disable themoststupiddefaulteverincomputerhistory "Hide extension of known file types"?
Whatever, try importing it in Tmpgenc DVD Author.

demultiplex the ts to video and audio files with pvastrumento.
convert the video to dvd mpg with an encoder like tmpgenc, mainconcept mpeg encoder.
author the video and ac3 audio with tmpgenc dvd author or dvd-lab. -
