  1. If we already use DVD Decrypter to read FILE mode one DVD into hard drive. Then from that sub-dir (contains IFO and VOBs files) Can we create the new 2 files .ISO and .MDS as if we use ISO mode from DVD Decrypter to read the DVD? If YES then how?

    Same question in case if we used DVDxCopy and already make 2 subs contain files for 2 discs. Then from those 2 subs can we create new sub contains .ISO and .MDS files)

    Thank you.

  2. You could use DVD Shrink to create an ISO image of the DVD files, I do it all the time and it works fine, of course there's other options as well.

    (I hope that answers your question(s), but your questions are somewhat confusing to me :P)

    there are 4 basic buttons in dvd decrypter (accessable through edit dropdown).

    f = file mode
    i = ifo mode
    r = iso read
    w = iso write

    I know my question is so confuse. But how do you use DVDShrink to do what I need?
    I tried DVDShrink with "File"
    "Open Disc" cannot use this because the files are in hard drive
    "Open..." asked me the sub, I point to my sub VIDEO_TS then it gave me an error... Cannot find file VIDEO_TS.IFO
    "Open Disc Image..." this is the one I want to use IF I have file ISO, but I don't have it.

    By the way, let start again, I borrow a DVD, got home, using DVD Decrypter to read the DVD into my hard drive, and I used the FILE MODE (and maybe I did select only Main Movie)
    Return the DVD.

    Now I realize I want to use DVDShrink to shrink the DVD but I could not because as I said above.
    If I read the DVD with DVD Decrypter in ISO MODE then now I can use DVDShrink to open using "Open Disc Image..."

    Thank you again.

  5. It sounds like you're attempting to do it correctly. To create an ISO image from DVD VIDEO files with DVD Shrink, you select 'open files' in shrink, select the folder that the files are contained in, and it should open them into Shrink. Once they've been opened you can select 'no compression' for the entire disc and then select 'backup'. Then you'll get the option to backup as an ISO image.
