After reading about Tsunami Mpeg DVD Author in a thread here I decided to order from eCOST a couple of days ago. When I printed out my order and then their email confirmation I realized the eCOST part number was 2806967 (which concurred with a number mentioned in the thread I was reading), but the item# was 2805857 in the email.
I sent an email asking why the numbers were different, but haven't received a reply yet. I have tried a couple of times since 5:45 EST (eastern standard time) to access their site for the status of my order, but get "Page Can Not Be Found".
Anyone, know if there's a problem with them?
Thanks

That doesn't mean that they are necessarily bad.
It just gives you an overall look at other people's
dealings with them.
You can check out other companies on that website too
but keep an open mind when you read the reviews! -
I've ordered from them a couple of times with no problems. Their page will not load for me either, right now. Hopefully they're just having some server issues or something, as I said I've not had problems with them and they've been around for awhile.

I was able to get to their website this morning, Sat. (3-12), and while I haven't received an answer to my email question I was able to check the status of my order which said it had been shipped. So I guess I'll just wait and see.
It may just have been a "glitch" that I would have never known about if I hadn't placed an order.
Thanks for the replies.
