  3. Tried that but it just eats all the memory, it tries to read all the files that i want to join into memory, about 1.4 Gb.

  4. Also try vcdcutter. It might not let the audio and video go out of sync if tmpgenc does.

  5. I have no trouble using TMPGEnc to join multiple MPEG files. I've done in excess of 700MB and I've only got 256 MB RAM. Regardless I think TMPGEnc is smart enough to use your Swap or Paging file if needed.

    If you want to try something else try Wincode an old 3.1 Windows application that joint/splits, does UUE encoding/decoding, etc..
