    Preserve "it's" quality...do you mean video or audio?

    If the delay is constant, you can use VirtualDub Mod to demux and remux the video and audio streams.

    Oops my bad. After you demux the audio stream, you use BeSweetGUI to correct the delay. Then you use VirtualdubMOD to remux the original video stream with the corrected audio stream.
