  1. I am wondering if there is a way to make a copy of a dvd that will play perfectly in a dvd player but no one else can recopy the material on it?

say I have a movie I and my wife made together we want to keep it but dont want 300 copies of us floating around just incase someone was to steal it.

    Thanks in advance

Please! Do a forum search first. The answer is N0 - after all $$$ the movie industry poured into making uncopyable video DVD without success, how come you (or I) should even imagine it doable?

no, there is no way at all. if there was, all the movie studios would be using it.

the only thing you can do is not let anyone have a copy, or only let people you trust borrow it.

If you and your wife made this movie... I can imagine why you wouldn't want it floating around.
