TRUSurround

I'm debating between a Pioneer 343 and an RCA RC5240P. It supports 'virtual' TRUSurround playback of pro logic and other types of surround sound. Anyone know anything about this??? Is it any good? Does it work with my surrounded in SVCD? Now, I went to their site and hear a sample.

There was definetely some difference. With headphones, it sounded great. So can anyone enlighten me, I'd love to know! Again, the important factor here is will it work with my Surround encoded SVCD.
