Is there any way to combine a file's URL and its referrer URL into one link? Basically, I'm trying to provide a link that will allow access to a file that requires linking from a referrer first (but by bypassing the referrer). Sort of a forward link...I guess...![]()

You can do that with many download manager type programs - Flashget, etc.
There's a field for URL and a field for referer -
If your on a Apache server you can do it with htaccess. http://www.webmasterworld.com/forum92/464.htm
