    I could not locate an answer for this so I am posting my question.

    It appears that i am missing the upper toolbar in V2. Specifically, the area above the icons does not read file, process assets, tools help. Is this the way it is? Or, did i do something wrong on the dl and install?

    I think you have the correct setup. The toolbar etc has changed recently and the docs & guides are therefore out of date.
    SVCD2DVD v2.5, AVI/MPEG/HDTV/AviSynth/h264->DVD, PAL->NTSC conversion.
