    what is the best mpeg 2 or mpeg 4 capture software?

    all i want to do i cap my tv programs & then burn them to DVD.

    the only editing IF ANY will be to cut commercials out?

    Best mpeg 2? Mainconcept 1.4.2
    For mpeg 4, you have plenty solutions. Virtualdub works great for me (with xvid)
