    DVD video is a finished product, not (meant to be) editable. You can however demux video and audio out of the VOBs (ReJig) and multiplex it back as mpg. At this point, Womble mpeg VCR is the best tool for cut/join/split.

    Dude,,,, You said Torrent!!!! Naughty naughty.

    Seriously, you can not. Torrents are transfered bit by scattered bit. Never in a contiguous manner so the answers to your 1st ? is an unfortunate no.
    No DVD can withstand the power of DVDShrink along with AnyDVD!
