I've been told you can't have both of these installed at the same time...

It can be done, I installed EZ first, and then Nero. I received an error, then I uninstalled Nero and reinstalled and it worked...
I had to reformat sense then and had no problem installing them both again.

I have Nero, EZ CD CR 5 Plat, and WinOnCD 3.8 all peacefully existing on Win 2k Prof.

I use EZ CD for everything but VCD's. I use Nero for that, or if I want more intricate layouts in the vcd then WinOn. The only thing to remember is BEFORE booting up Nero, CLOSE or END TASK on both Direct CD and the CD Project Manager of EZ CD.

    All is happy then

  3. I have Nero 5.5.2.4, Easy CD Creator 4.02a, and Direct CD 3.0 installed on the same system and no conflicts ever.

I don't know if certain versions have something to do with the conflicts.

How about Ulead Video Studio with DVD Plug In.

Anyone try that....It says it will make DVDs, VCDs, and SVCDs. It will do menus, titles, and entry points.

But.....I cant get the DVD Plug in part to work yet.

    Can anyone tell me how?

    Thanks

  6. Gear is good, but its aimed at professionals and priced as such. Nero is excellent and priced for hobbyists. I'd like to try WinOnCD. Anyone know where I can find a demo copy in English?
