    i have a movie that is in avi format but it has 2 audio streams how do i extract the english from it.

    virtualdubmod, select streams->stream list and select the audio track you want and click demux.

    got it but it wouldn't convert to wav and when i tried to load it in tmpgenc it wouldn't accept it, anything further.
