    YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!o man, i really wanna thank everybody, o man. this post has been going on for about 5 days, and thanks to the wonderful people who helped me out, i was able to achieve my goal, thanks soo much everybody

    o well, to put it all together and taking it apart and working with the frames, i must say that Animation Shop was the best, better that Ulead. to EDIT single frames more elaborately, i must choose GIMP 2.2 over Paintashop Pro. using the tools together worked great for me. thanks.

    Do you want to resize the whole picture, and not just one layer? Well then right click on the image, and go to image, scale layer. This will open a dialogue where you can enter your prefered pixel size, and it will scale the whole image for you.
