Can trying to play a film whilse downloading it make it pixelated on plyback when the file has completed??

It's just im so confused cos all the films ive had play different to the ones identical this is about the 6th film now i do not know whats going on!!

I had a film i downloaded i know its the same, cos i compared with g spot.
The b4 even burning the fiulm i looked at the playback and in parts it ws colourful, blocky and on the old version it wasn't.

I dont think this is codec issue cos i then played the old copy and it didnt do it on that.

I am so confused i dont see how this could possibly happen the drive is fine its not fragmented and i run spinrite every week lol..

What the hell is going on here!?!?!?!?!lol
