  1. OK, got this working fine eventually, but when decoding a DTS stream into 6 .wav files, the channels get mixed up. Happens with AC3 too.

I have to find a definite test dts or ac3 stream that pins down which channel is which, but I was wondering has anyone else seen this problem?

    Cheers!!!

  3. Hey Daphy, I have found some test material and have the following info for you. The channels are mapped in the following way.

input - front left -- output - front left
input - centre -- output - front right
input - front right -- output - centre
input - rear left-- output - lfe
input - rear right -- output - rear left
input - lfe -- output - rear right

This happens in exactly the same way with ac3 and dts.

I have written a simple dos batch file to rename the output files, but I thought I'd bring this to peoples attention!!

    Cheers!
