  1. i am trying to rip a dvd with pcm sound to divx. I use dvd2avi to create the d2v file, encode using gordian knot, but the resulting file has no sound.(because the sound on the dvd is pcm??)
When i try to extract the sound with besweet, and merge the avi and sound in Virtual dub, i get only thesound from the 1st of three vobs... So basically, what can i do to rip the audio from the complete dvd in one file?

You should be able to use Auto Gordian Knot to automate the whole process. After AutoGK is installed and configured, it will rip the DVD and create the avi file.

Basically the same thing you are trying to do now. My guess would be that you are missing a step or program needed to do the conversion.
