I am trying to create a presentation containing both a slideshow and a video to run on a Dvd. I need it to idiot proof (i.e. put dvd in player and press play. It will continue to play until the dvd player is stoped or turned off).
I currently have a arcsoft showbiz dvd2. I can't seem to be able to create a slide show and get rid of the menus.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Tom

Tom:
If you are willing to fork out a little legal tender, I've found Ulead DVD Workshop (or Adobe Encore 1.5 although quite pricey) works well for this.

Arch soft showbiz is kindergarden software. Spend some money to do what you want. Sony Vegas Movie Studio.

If you don't have to do any editing of your video (or maybe just some straight cuts), then Ulead's DVD MOvieFactory 3.0 "Disc Creator" is another offering from Ulead that can create VD's with slideshows and videos.
You can even include a DVD Runtime Player for when you want your viewer to be able to playback you disc on a CD-R in their pc cd-rom drive (limited to about 20-25minutes of high quality dvd video).
I've seen the retail package for as low as $20 (after rebate -- it might have even been $10.00 at Frye's at one time).George
