  1. Hello there. I have an .avi movie that has the following properties:

    23.976 fps, 576*320 (16:9), DIV3 = DivX v3 MPEG-4 (Low-Motion), Supported

This movie has perfect sound sync, but is playing Back on my PC monitor with a very noticable jitter. Is there any program I can use to reencode the movie to play back at 25.0 fps (which I assume would get rid of the jitter?

Thanks for any help, Cheers Chris

Change to 72 hz on your monitor(72hz/24fps= even) and use reclock.
