Ohh, it would be a good idea to see picture with and without this expensive device.

I found, on this forum, pictures showing the job of TBC 1000. And it really removes twisting (top, bottom) of a tape. Also, it improves overall picture quality. So, I decided to buy it anyway.
Now I'm thinking if PA-100 is so necessary.

If you already have enough to do what you want, it shouldn't be necessary. The PA-100 doesn't sharpen. It controls white levels, black levels, and color.

    I don't know if it is enough - because I didn't see PA-100 work.
Also, I don't have anything at the moment, I just start learning and buying.

Detailers don't correct those levels. But you might not need that. I don't use mine all the time. Often, it isn't needed. No hurry. You asked about it, and anyone who knows the PA-100 would highly recommended it, if the need arises. IMHO in that price range or lower, and compared to high-end/low-end, there's no competition until you get into some really pricey studio gear. Many pros use it. For pro use, it's cheap.
