is there any software which can play flash files or jpeg file on live video ...infact i want to add my advertisment over live video which i can watch through any capture carddd...i want a flash ticker.there is a software called text ticker which scroll text file in bottom of ur ur screeen...i need some software which plays flash or jpg over live video ...
so that i can add logo to my live feeds....and scroll flash files in bottom of my screeen . i m ready to pay if some one knws that software....

Live video is an analog signal, so you need hardware not software. Look for a chroma or luma keyer. Perhaps a used Video Toaster.

listen i call capture live feeds through capture card and plays it through any live video playerr....but the problem is which software plays flash or jpeg over live video...most of cable operators are using such software which scrolls flash over live feeds but they also offer 4 logos to be added over live video

Cable and Television operators mix video with a hardware keyer. They use a dedicated computer (such a a LAIRD) that outputs an NTSC video signal with a black background. This is genlocked and mixed with other video to create the composit image. From this point it is captured for digital feeds, so there is no software for doing what you what to do at this time. (except the VT)
