Ulead problem....

anyone know how i can fix this, when i open a new project in ulead, after chosing the settings and clicking ok, the box comes up that says "BtVid Failure loading VxD driver".. any solutions?

I have seen this error before in ULEAD (VideoStudio ?) but I don't use it enough anymore to remember the cause. I would try one of two things:
If you are using one of their standard templates to start your project, then use an existing file as a template instead. Otherwise, if you are using an existing file already, then try a standard template which is similar to the file you want to edit.
