    Is there a prog. to Identify specs on a previosly recorded VCD,Svcd,Xvcd .such as whether it was recorded in vbr or cbr, bite rate , pal or ntsc ?

    Get vcd easy, check the advanced settings and under the tool section there is an app that will analyze your mpeg.
