just a thought. but instead of permanently banning individuals, would there be a way of temporarily banning an individual to make them understand how close they are to being permanently banned. maybe a 14 or 30 day ban at most.
i understand the card system and think it is more than fair, but maybe instead of the final card use the temp ban option. permanent is a long timeand i dont think some people understand exactley how close they really are or were
again just a thought.

Bans are not given that easy.
Normally if a ban is made, it needs to stay that way.Want my help? Ask here! (not via PM!)

Wow !
That would be equivalent to a capital punishment ! Very harsh punishment !
-
Of course a Mod CAN remove a ban if circumstances dictate, such as it was issued due to an administrative error, but that is very rare indeed and should NOT be the norm.

Certainly. Temporary bans are indeed possible here

A ban is only as good as the IP quad.
If you ban too many ip's, you lose legit posters.
Now, if we could all ban everyone in the 152.163.142.xxx quad...Cheers, Jim

Really, how about a year and counting... I think you don't know what you 're talking about. This seems to be a very personal thing for mods. Some really forget what beeing a mod means. Look to the left.
