ok i want to downsample my 192kb audio to 160kb or 128kb(which ever fits on my disc) but i don't want to have to go through all the trouble and waiting of it re-encoding the video, etc.(like it would if i used tmpgenc). can i do this with like virtual dub or something??? jus the audio. not messing with the video or any other attributes. well if u guys know anything i'd appreciate a reply. thanks alot.

Demux the audio with TMPGEnc, convert the audio to wav using SCMPX, then back to mp2 using SCMPX at your new bitrate, remux with the video.
