    I tried tmp plus, ulead dvd movie factory , and main concept. all have the same problem. it'll convert fine and then just froze. I am trying to convert it to a vcd. it's giving me a continous still frame while the audio keep going. is there anything i can do?

    here are some info on that file
    Computer Spec:
    winxp pro, 2.4ghz, 768mb ram, 100gb

    It's fairly NTSC VCD compliant (the audio sample rate aint right, but it might work anyway) as is, so I'd go ahead and just author it with VCDEasy. That every encoder freezes, indicates that there's something wrong with the mpeg, so it might not play anyway, but it's sure worth a go.

    Get VCDGear. Open the mpeg. Select mpeg->mpeg. Click Fix mpeg.
