  1. i have a:

    p3
    500mghz
    comp-usa home series pc
    win98se

    and everytime i try to use tv on demand it turns the screen black and crashes?

    is it possibe to get this to work? what am i doing wrong?

  2. You need either the 7.2 mmc or the mmc7.5 I had the same problem with the CD MMC 7.1. Is your PC clock running normal. Mine seems to be running slow.

  4. 7.2 can be found at ATI but does not have the DVD player included.
    7.5 can be found at subzero. if password need, rade3 i think.

    Yes, the time on my PC is losing time. about 20 minutes a day.

    yes, i did notice the clock loosing time but i fixed the time and now it is fine and has been for awhile.


    ps since u changed to 7.2 or 7.5 now your tv on demand works great????

  6. I started with 7.1 then upgraded to 7.2 then to 7.5. If you start with 7.5 or 7.2, you loose in demand for some reason.

    i clicked on the clock and then reset the time and it has kept the correct time since


    i cant find mmc 7.2 on the ati site only 7.1, why do you know?

    is that the latest version they support only 7.1?

    also what type of system do you have? similar to mine

    Silly, I suspect that a motherboards chipset has a lot to do with capturing video (duh!).

    I can't use TV On Demand either. I've had no luck in Win 98, 2000, and XP.

    I have the Via KT133 chipset, and have heard others complain about it.

    I'm changing to the KT133a chipset this week and will report.

    i do suspect a little bit of sarcasam HEY sorry i am not as well versed in video capture. Rome wasnt built in a day.

    i am working on it!!!!!!!!

    should i dl mmc 7.5 to get tv on demand to work? or just stick with 7.1 becuase it will never work with my machine?
